In late 1990s and early 2000s, FedEx Corporation faced allegations of racial discrimination from its minority employee. A case filed by the company’s minority employees in 2003 was given a class action status in 2005 thus strengthening the racial discriminatory allegations on the company. The case focuses on the charges of racial discrimination against FedEx Corporation.
